You can find the conditions required for us to serve you better and faster in returning products; Unfortunately, if any of these are missing, product returns are not accepted.

(In case of return and exchange, shipping charges are required by our customer, free shipping application is valid only for the products purchased, the first shipping fee for the returned products is collected from the customer)

a- Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.

b- The product to be returned must be delivered to MNG Cargo in full and undamaged with its standard accessories as received within 15 days.

it must send it along with the invoice that the company has issued. The return invoice must be issued. ABOUT OTHER CONDITIONS AND RETURN SHIPPING FEES a- If the product / products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company, if the contracted cargo

is sent with our companies. b- In the event that the products that come to our Quality Assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the return of the product amounts takes place within an average of 7 working days after the product is processed on the day we receive it.

The time that the refund is reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to credit cards are reflected to the account within 1-5 days. SENDING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURN The product to be returned can only be received by the PTT cargo company

that we have an agreement with. Apart from this, the return and transportation cost of the products we receive with any cargo company will not be accepted. General return conditions are as follows; - Returns must be made in their original box or packaging.

- Return of products that cannot be purchased by another customer is not accepted. CHANGE CONDITIONS You can request a replacement within 5 days regarding the products you purchased from our site.
